Dogs must not be listed on any aggressive breed list that every home insurance company has.

There are about 5-8 breeds on this list.  One example breed on the list. "Pit Bull"

The home also needs to be listed as Pet Friendly...which most of our listed homes are.

It is your responsibility to ask up front.

Finally, pets in a leased or rented home usually incur a monthly and/or yearly pet fee.  Let's call it 'Pet Rent' if you like.

One warning *If you rent a home or apartment under assumption that there is no pets and then you acquire a pet before gaining permission from us and the home's owner, you are liable for immediate eviction and fees."  So, Do ask and Do tell. :)
