Question: I would like a copy of my tenants’ credit report please?

Answer: Crager-Bartels LLC has been set up, inspected and made compliant by the credit bureau.  This was done to make sure that we are a good steward of someone else’s personal information that can be subject to misuse. These rules do not pass on to the actual owner of the property, because he/she has transferred those rights and authority to Crager-Bartels, as the manager of the property.

If you as the property owner would like to review the credit report for a tenant, you may come to our office to review the file or you may contact Complete Screening Company 615-372-0566 and ask for Janet Lethgeo and ask for a review.
