You may pay your rent in several ways.

and select rent payments and enter the amount of rent in the Quantity box.

Personal checks should no longer be accepted for rent payments. The tenent should have to pay either with cash, money order, certified check or ACH bank deposit. This will avoid the potential for bounced checks and the delay of payment to the owner of property manager waiting for checks to clear. Owner payments should take no longer than 72 hours from tenent payments
